Exercise is one of the first things that should be included in a weight loss program. However, many people do not know where to start or what exercises will give them the results they want. So what is the best exercise to lose weight? Well, this can be on many factors, including the personage age, gender, health and lifestyle. Going

Walking is an excellent exercise easy and requires no special equipment, and almost anyone can do it. The only thing we need to walk on a consistent basis is a good pair of walking shoes and support.

Walking is one of the best exercises to lose weight. It is recommending that us. 5 days a week for 30 minutes if we are just starting, and that has a bit much, try to at least three days per week for 30 minutes, start slow if necessary and gradually the pace as we get used to exercising.

Besides help weight loss, walking is also helpful in reducing cholesterol, reduces your risk of type 2 diabetes and helps to elevate mood.

Aerobics

Aerobic exercises, such as Tae Bo, Zumba, and step aerobics are great for getting rid of their kilos. These exercises tend to burn large amounts of calories.

Such exercises also lower blood pressure; reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke, and at higher energy levels.

For best results in the aerobic exercise activity 3-5 times per week for at least 30 minutes.

Swimming

Swimming on a consistent basis will allow us to burn calories and lose weight, and improve flexibility and cardiovascular health.

Swimming also helps strengthen the body, because it uses a wide range of muscles (upper and lower) with 3-5 times per week is recommending.
